THE PROGRAM:

Baby Barre
• Blend of ballet barre, pilates, and yoga
• Full body workout that tones core, arms, legs
• Baby wearing optional
• No experience needed

Progressive Workouts
• Stretch and rebuild strength
• Increase duration and intensity each week
• Non impact

Experts
• Nutrition coach
• Personal trainer
• Certified Marriage / Relationship Coach
• Certified Barre instructor

Friendships
• Meet local new moms
• Small class sizes
• Connect, build relationships

 

THE DETAILS:

• 4-week series meets twice per week for 60 min.
• Babies welcome in class up to 8 months old
• Small class size (12 – 14 moms) 
• Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday
• Class times are 11:00am to 12:00pm
• $95 for 4 -week series
