Darla's Small Group Training
This Small Group Training gives you the one on one attention of personal training with the group feel. You will learn how to use cable machines as well as the equipment on the weight room floor. This intensive workout with Darla is guaranteed to get you to the top of your game!
Dates: Small group dates 10/30 - 11/22 ( 4 weeks )
Tuesday & Thursday (9:30am - 10:15am)
