The Movement Assessment provide your Club Coach with the elements and insight to properly appoint you with the proper fitness programming. Over time this assessment will be your measure of success.

2 | DIRECTION | "Move to learn"
The Club Coaches will leave you clarity and direction. We believe that every member should be aware and able to enter our gym floor ready to make progress. You shouldn't have any questions when using our facility.
